Celebrate - Approval for recognition/award points redemption.

Summary:

Currently we can built approval rule for awards approval through transaction console (Process - 'Celebrate Rewards'), where the request can be routed for additional layer of approval. Can we have the approvals for points redemption as well when submitted by employee, to set a cap on the number of points user can redeem from accumulated points ?
