FLCAT Reconciliation Mode Goes to "Missing Time"

Summary:

Hello Experts!
We have encountered the issue detailed below:

There are two Person IDs for the same employee: (they were rehired local HR created a duplicate record)

Person ID1 (newer record) is the ID currently being used by the employee and in payroll.

Some approved timecards were tied to Person ID1, and the team was trying to clean that up.

Local HR initially requested that Person ID2 (older record) be deleted, however this ID has old assignment records and deleting it could cause data loss.(not a best practice we would like to avoid this option)

Decision was taken to re-create timecards under the correct ID and transfer appropriately.
