Summary:
First question: Is there a subject area besides OTBI Usage that displays the entire catalog of reports, allowing you to filter by a commonly used field? For example, if I want to search all reports using the "Employee Name," how would I go about this to pull both executed and non-executed reports? I have done it with OTBI Usage and pulling the query text, but I want to make sure I am capturing reports that have not been used.
Second question, what is an alternative for updating the "Employee Name" in OTBI, where it displays First Name Last Name for Onboarding/Recruiting, and not changing any of the existing reports for this field in OTBI? The reports in OTBI currently pull this column in Last Name, First Name. However, one area needs to be displayed in a different way. What are the options? Currently, we are being told that onboarding to appear one way will impact the entire system for this field, where all reports will have to be manually updated.
