Required feature to update movement request header level status is currently not available and it can be considered for future enhancements.

When movement request is cancelled from WMS only line level status is showing cancelled in Fusion and header status remains preapproved. This behavior is same even if movement request is cancelled in Fusion, only line level status showing cancelled, but header remains in preapproved.

Whenever movement request gets cancelled, line and header status should reflect cancelled status.
