Is there a way to create a report / query to document Plan Options in Supply Chain Planning?

Documenting how plan options should be followed is usually a manual work. If a plan is already created, I would like to have a query or report that could describe plan options. Looks like it is not possible through OTBI, wondering if that is feasible via a SQL query or other options.

Objective is to use it for knowledge transfer activities, and to eventually document how plan options are used / changed over time
