User doesn't have access to search for their own Purchase Orders

Summary: Users have Procurement Agent Access and Buyer role with the PO_VIEW_PURCHASING_WORKAREA_PRIV privilege, but they can't search for their own PO's. The user goes to Procurement\Purchase Orders tile\Manage Purchase Orders and then does a search for the POXXXXXXX and it doesn't display. The PO displays for me as administrator.

Before 25B, I would assign Buyer role and Procurement Agent Access and then users would have PO access.
