How to Automate Default Inventory Organization Assignment for Users in Oracle Fusion?

  1. Is there a REST AP to update INV_DEFAULT_ORG_ID or profile value options at the USER level? I see there is a GET API(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/25b/farca/api-profile-values.html) but I am looking for a POST/UPDATE operation to happen based on their user level/BU
    • Are there any known limitations or special considerations for this approach?
    • Is this considered a supported use case by Oracle?
  2. Is there a Groovy script-based approach (e.g., via Application Composer or sandbox logic) that allows us to dynamically set the default inventory org for a user?
