Lease booking and Lease amendment question

We received a requirement from the client stating that for lease booking and lease amendment, 5 levels of approvals are required, but for lease termination, only 2 levels of approval are needed. We have a solution for lease booking and amendment that is working fine, but we are stuck on defining the IF condition for lease termination. which condition we could select for termination, Could you help me with this?
