Can on-hand be cut off early than expiration date

How can we set the system so that the soon-to-be-expire item will be cut from on hand by predefined value. For example, expiring date is in 30 of June 2025. The predefined value is 14, the on hand will be gone from the16th of June 2025 (14 days before expiration date). If we can set this predefined value, can it be set according to each item?
