Shipment modification agent running 2 times after modification

Summary:

We have a case wherein user needs to change equipment ID in shipment equipment and also need to maintain a record of previous equipment assigned

so we have written an agent on shipment modification

In Shipment Equipment we have maintain Equipment ID and Current Equipment value which is "Equipment Attribute Qualifier"

And in Shipment header refnums we have maintained a refnum called "Old Equipment ID" so during shipment creation, we update "Current Equipment" Qualifier in shipment equipment with Equipment ID

So agent works as - When user modifies the equipment ID in shipment equipment, "Current Equipment" values gets copied to Old Equipment refnum at shipment header and then updates the "Current Equipment" qualifier with updated equipment ID in shipment Equipment
