Revenue Events rounded off- causing difference between loaded data and FBDI data- Why?

Summary:

We had loaded revenue events using FBDI. After the load, during reconciliation we found that the there is a marginal difference in some loaded events as the amounts were rounded off. (Billing and Transaction Currency are both USD)

Is there any way by which this can be avoided?
