VBS error when loading - version selection

Summary:

Working in our Test environment I now get the below issue when trying to access VBS to change Redwood pages. Wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this issue? I have noticed that there is two options "Use your Version" or "Use their version" towards the top of the page, and I'm unsure as to my next steps, so seeking advice please.

Our current Oracle version is 25a
