Can Not Copy And Rename An Seeded HCM Extract such as "Payments"

When we are trying to copy the existing HCM Extract getting below error on the same instance.

I am trying to customize the seeded report Cheque Report and modify the template output. This is the first time I have ever attempted this so I hope I have the process correct. I have customized the report and copied the data model to the custom folder and linked the custom report to the custom DM. My next step was to create the custom Extract for the Custom Report.
