Avoid recalculation of taxes in Workforce OOB

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well.

Background: we are doing forecast in Workforce for the first time and getting all ready for Fcst 6+6. As per customer requirement, we are first clearing forecast all months data in workforce cube and loading employee properties etc.. from HCM in 'JUL' . we are running 'Process loaded data' and other required rules (Sync Defaults, Definition) to populate compensation.

Issue description: Taxes are calculating from the beginning (0) from Jul month, in other words FUTA is calculating $42 in Jul however in reality $42 must have paid in Jan actuals if the employee monthly salary is greater than $7000. We raised ticket with Oracle, received a suggestion to load CYTD amounts to have right Benefits,Tax calculation (it's just high level answer, did not receive details much on it). we are having CYTD numbers in HCM , customer ask is.. to load the CYTD Tax amounts somewhere in Workforce cube and populate taxes accordingly by considering CYTD amounts which are
