Import Project Supplier Costs using API

Summary:

We see that using FBDI, we can import project supplier cost as a unprocessed cost and capture supplier information. However, when trying to use API, it results in error with message saying supplier attributes are missing, but there are no available API attributes available for us to fill in. Is importing project supplier cost using API not available?
