Is Classic UI still available after 25B? If yes, how to change back to Classic UI?

As part of client request, they want the Classic UI if possible as they are more familiar with the navigations. It was automatically changed to Responsive UI after upgrade. Is Classic UI still available after 25B Upgrade? How to change it back to Classic UI?
