Requisition Distribution Lines and PO Distribution Lines not in the same order

Summary: The question I have is should the order of the requisition distribution lines (when a line is split for multiple distributions) match up in the same order when the PO is created? We are seeing that if a Requisition has, for example, 5 split distribution lines numbered 1-5 on the Requisition, that when the PO is sourced the Distribution Lines on the PO are not in the same order. Is this normal behavior? I would think both distribution line numbers would align. (1-5 and 1-5 on both Req and PO). Our Purchasing team would like to know what
