my smartlist is lock - is there a way to unlock it

Summary:

i have a smart list in one of my planning applications that was automatically created by the system - it has 18 members and when it's pulled into the form, it is showing up as numbers instead of the member's name. Is there a way to edit this lock list? or is there anything I can do to make the members show in the form correctly?
