Is there any way to calculate day difference excluding weekends for Term date - Action date?

Hi,

We have a requirement to pull late/retro termination counts. The logic is if Action date - Actual Term date > 1 then it is marked as Late term. Is there any way to exclude weekends. We are using "Workforce management - Work Relationship Real time" Subject area.
