How to handle changing schedules

Hi,

We have a requirement where the schedule for a particular employee group is not fixed but changes every month. Does anyone has any idea on how to manage frequently changing schedules.

Eg: Employee work 40 hours a week and 10 hours a day, but the days for every week are not fixed.

Any inputs would be highly appreciated.
