Capturing Tender Decline Reasons on Shipments via EDI 990

Summary:

We're looking to capture tender decline reasons directly on the shipment (e.g., in remarks or a reference number field) within OTM. This information would be incredibly valuable for our carrier performance reviews.

We've attempted to include remarks in the EDI 990 decline response, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be recording at the shipment level. Interestingly, if we send remarks with a tender acceptance code, OTM successfully captures them.

Has anyone in the community encountered a similar issue or found a solution to consistently capture tender decline reasons from EDI 990 responses on the shipment in OTM?
