fiuture published filter set to "hide" on Document of record page

By default, the Document Records screen is configured to have the "future published" filter set to "hide". This is quite annoying as this creates confusion within the team.
We therefore would like to have this filter set by default to "show". I've tried doing it by saving filters but it does not work.

How can we change this behavior ?
