Hi,

We have some internal Audit Observations regarding Oracle Seeded Monitor accounts like:

octo_monitor, rats_monitor, faoperator, faadmin, IRDO User, weblogic_idm,public, ops_monitor, oamAdminUser, IDRWUser, em_monitoring, em_monitoring2, app_monitor1, app_monitor2, fa_monitor, puds.pscr.anonymous.User etc.

  1. Can we change the password of these accounts?
  2. Is there any impact of password change on application?
  3. Procedure to update password?
