How to use REST API to copy to SFTP

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure whether I'm posting this in the correct category or not, but now I have an export data file which is exported from EPBCS.

And I want to transfer that file to the STFP folder.

I found on Google that we can use REST APIs, but unluckily, I am not familiar with REST APIs and don't know how to use it:

Has anybody worked with REST APIs before?

In my case, what should I do to push a file from EPBCS to SFTP?
