Not a single page is coming up in workspace

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

When we open a workspace which has "PRO_Learn" as its repository then no pages are visible in express mode and if we change the workspace who has a different repository then all HCM pages are coming up. What could be the reason for this system behaviour.
