How to trigger a warning message when someone tries to suspend or put a subscription product on hold

Summary: Currently when a user tries to suspend a product or tries to put a subscription on hold, we get a pop up asking, "you are about to put this product on hold, do you want to continue". I want to add some extra validation before the contract changes it status to Suspended or On-hold.

Scenario: Certain fields need to be evaluated before suspending or putting a contract on hold.
