Encountering ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR error when creating new Activity Task

Issue Replication Step:

  1. Login into Oracle Sales Cloud Application (must be upgraded to 25B)
  2. Go to Home Page
  3. Navigate to Sales > Activities
  4. Go to 'My Tasks' then 'Create Task'
  5. An error message 'ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR' will pop up

Is there any configuration needs to setup to address this error message? This is only being encountered when navigating to Object itself, but it is working on Workspace.
