Remove Favorites icon from transaction but keep in homepage

We have enabled the favorites functionality in CPQ, so the favorites icon shows in both the transaction as well as the homepage (we are using advanced parts search for adding items to transaction). My question is, is it possible to hide the favorites icon in the transaction but keep it in the homepage? The setting that I see only allow for showing the icon at Commerce level so there is no setting that distinguishes the transaction page from the homepage.
