How to request update the information related to the Cloud Contact Admin?

Summary:

There is a cloud contact details specified for send notifications related a subscription, that was specified when the contract began, these information needs to be update, but from the console is not possible because the account doesn´t exists.
Reviewing with Oracle Collections area they haven´t permissions for update cloud Contact Admin details.
