Is it possible to include a Time in the LearningRecord hdl template for Completion Date?

Hello,

We are wondering if it's possible to include a time in the HDL loads, specifically the LearningRecord.dat and updating the Completion Date.

We would like to update the completion date and time. Currently, we're only aware of updating the date and it defaults the time to 12:00 AM that day.
