We recently updated the existing absence approval task with new rules based on a change in business logic. After migrating these changes to the staging environment, we are now encountering a serious issue:

Existing absence transactions are throwing error messages during the approval process.

This issue is critical, as we currently have over 250 active records in the production environment that could be affected.
