How to create Job Set in Oracle fusion

Hello Cloud Expert

We have requirement to create Job set which would consists of same job with different parameter . Basically We wanted to have job set for ESS job 'Create Balance Forward Bills'. We have multiple Billing Cycle hence need separate ESS job in Job set with Each Billing cycle . Apart from Billing Cycle all other parameters would be same for all jobs in Job set .Can anyone guide us how to achieve this ?
