Add a new page under Me tile for Diversity and Inclusion information

I am looking to add a new page under Me tile on homepage. This page should display the diversity and inclusion and disability info directly for employees to access.

Currently the diversity and inclusion and Disability info is under Me > PersonalInformation> Personal Details.

Using page composer I am able to add a new tile under Me tab but unable to pull this information on that page.

Is there a way to create a new page which will hold this information directly on the homepage under Me tab. Has anyone done such customization to the page.
