Can Suppliers Edit or Collaborate on Contract Content in Oracle Procurement Contracts?

Summary:

We are evaluating collaboration features in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Contracts and would like to understand the level of interaction suppliers can have during the contract creation process.

While we are aware that suppliers can view contracts and report progress on deliverables via the Supplier Portal, is there any native functionality that allows them to edit, comment on, or otherwise collaborate on the contract content before it is finalized?

Any clarification on standard capabilities, configuration options, or customer use cases that support deeper supplier involvement during contract authoring would be greatly appreciated.
