How to add a data group as child of a record in a parent data group in HCM Extracts in 25B

Hi Experts,

I need to add Emp_1_DG as a child of the Emp_DG. So I want to declare a record in Emp_DG and in that record, under "Next data Group", I want to refer the Emp_1_DG itself. However I don't even see the next data group getting activated?

This was absolutely working earlier but with the simplified UE, this seems to have gone awry.

Has anyone faced this issue? Do we have a workaround?
