Where FCCS_Percent Min Input cause effects?

I am having an impasse with the FCCS Percent Min Input member.

I have an entity called Consol - Entity 4, where it is contained in two structures: Consol - Entity 3 and Consol - Entity 6.

In the Consol - Entity 4 structure, I have 7.2% control, generating a minority of 92.8% and in the Consol - Entity 6 structure I have 57.39%, generating a minority of 42.61% (I need all of them to be subsidiary).

I have to change the minority percentage from 92.8% to 35.41%, I tried using FCCS_Percent Min Input to do so, but I couldn't find the effect generated by this member. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks
