Use the Interface Line Number not working for Multiple Location Asset Transfer through FBDI.

Our requirement is for a Particular Asset , we need to Transfer 3 unit from Location ( USA-CA-3001904527 ) to below Location 1 unit each

(a) USA-WA-3001904553

(b)USA-PQ-RSTUVWXYZ

(c ) USA-OH-L75005

We enter in FaTransfersT under Column BO Interface Line Number and similiarly in FaTransferDistsT under AR column. But still the Multiple location is not working. Please advise how to resolve this. Attaching the FBDI template for review.
