Is there a way to suppress the transfer price in an actual cost environment for transfer orders?

Summary: Our requirement is to process transfer orders between organizations. Single cost organization and single cost book. There should not be any transfer price for our processing. The receipts are generation transfer price distributions. The default transfer price rule is in place for transaction cost basis. Null markup.
