Can Comp Time earned from OTL be associated to a Project/Task for transfer to Projects?

I have been able to save a time card with comp time earned/accrued into a compensatory time absence plan configured in the layout component. I am looking to confirm if the Projects Imports Costs process will import this entry from the time card to Project Costing? Is anyone able to confirm if comp time earned into the plan will import to Projects? Thank you in advance.
