Absence approval for line manager ORA_ANC_ADDL_PAYLOAD

Hi,

We have a requirement where in when line manager submits the approval on behalf of direct reports then it should go to the line mangers manager for approval.

For employees, when they submit absence it should go to line manager or HR or AOR depending on the absence type - This is working fine.

I tried to put values in the lookup ORA_ANC_ADDL_PAYLOAD

Setup in Absence type to use the additional payload attribute

Referring the payload attribute in approval

Could anyone please advise?
