Issue with HTML Tags in Excel Output from Oracle Fusion BIP Report

We are encountering an issue in Oracle Fusion where HTML tags are appearing in the Excel output of a BIP report. This problem was observed during the creation of an RFQ (Request for Quote), where a questionnaire was added to collect quotes from suppliers for award purposes.

The report was configured to deliver the output in Excel format, but upon review, we noticed that the Excel file contains visible HTML tags. For example, tags like “SECTION 1. 1. Tender Submission Compliance <ol start="1" type="1" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 12px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><p>Please confirm your acceptance of the following Tender Submission conditions by responding "Agree" or "Disagree"”

Howdy, Stranger!
