How job close and Component substitute variance is calculated ?

Summary:

We have a WO where job close variance and Component substitute variance calculations are not matching.

For Example: In the below screenshot we are seeing Component Substitute Variance as $2187.15 This we are seeing for an item for which we have Planned Qty as 121.21255 MSF and used is 0.

While calculating: Planned Qty x Standard Cost = 121.21255 * 18.16 = $2201.22 which is not correct.

Completed Qty of FG = 120.904 MSF, Scrap qty = 0.74

Question: 1. Do we have scrap calculation included to get Component Substitute Variance ?

2. How -0.02 Job close variance is calculated ?
