REDWOOD - Provide more contexts for Identification Info page

Description (Required):

Add more options to hide sections in Identification Info. Realistically we need to be able to control this by for example Assignment Legislation Code (which country the employee works in).

For Hire this works well, but for the Identification Info action we do not have similar options available to hide or show a section. This inconsistency is difficult to sell to the end users.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Our organization is spread over 100+ countries. Each country has their own needs and regulations regarding the entry of data. For several countries we do not need a number of sections under identification info. For some of those countries they are actively fining companies who give their employees/HR the option to register data that is not needed.
