Importing via FBDI Grant Awards

Load file errors out with the following Error = The value of the attribute Bill-to Account isn't valid.

As is ususal, Oracle says it does not like something but it does NOT specifically say what it tried and did not like.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have validated the Customer Master is set to the Enterprise Set for addresses. This matches to other customers we have previously loaded.

We are loading by Sponsor name (Yes the Customer is enabled as a sponsor)

We have validated the dates for the customer master are Prior then the dates for the award.
