Help on generating the Electronic Records

Hello Friends,
I need help on one issue. I have the E-Records set up for an inventory org already. I can process everything fine, I can see the Electronic Records properly in the user interface.
I did create a LOT update rule for another org. I can update the LOT and approve the LOT change OK.
I run the Synchronize Electronic Records scheduled job. Then a support note suggested to run "Extract Workflow Tasks for Archive" also, so I did run.
I either lack data access to see the records, or completely missing a step.
For testing purposes, I did a LOT update and approval in ORG#1, and I'm able to see the E-record.
