Defaulting Pay Frequency by Location is not working

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

We are trying to default pay frequency by location and it is not working in the new hire work flow. We have extended the pay details screen, and made it required. We tested the default, and it is working with out a condition. When I add the condition for Location, nothing is defaulting. I've tried Location Code, Location ID #, and Location Name all under initial fields and Field values >addPersonWorkRelationship_wrinfo>AddPersonAssignments>LocationLov, and nothing is triggering. Any insight on why the condition is not working?
