Why is calculated attribute not filtering properly?

We created a calculated attribute for % Variance that's used for our Variance Analysis recs. The attribute is calculating correctly, however, the filtering and rules that use this attribute are not reading the value correctly. In the screenshot below as an example, I've filtered to % Variance between 8 and 8.5, and there are 3 recs matching this criteria which should not be since the % Variance for those recs is outside of this range. Is this a bug in ARCS for filtering and rules?
