Is there any way to migrate journals from HFM to FCCS

We are currently working on an FCCS implementation project for a client who previously used HFM.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Client is having a huge number of journals, I was wondering what is the best way to bring these journals from HFM to FCCS.

Client is having around 10 years of historical data and "Contribution Input" journal are passed as periodic movement, so in order to match my first period I have to bring inception to date journals.

What is the best way to do this?
