Lease Accounting - Load Open Leases

We are currently implementing lease accounting module and planning to upload the open leases to the system.

For all the open leases history is required from the lease starting date.

We should block transferring accounting entries to previous periods as manual journal entries were already entered for past periods.

Please advise how this can be done.
