Load adjustment for accrual plan via Fast formula

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to display compensatory off balance in Days. Since the compensatory time plan in Oracle is by default configured in Hours we cannot use that one. We are currently using accrual plan to implement Compensatory off but need a solution to expire the accrual adjustment loaded as of last year. In the accrual plan the accrual will be 0 and the balance will be loaded as adjustments with a specific reason like Working on Holiday.
